Eliminate Risks of Leakage and Thermal Runaway
In the safety management and control of lead-acid batteries, electrolyte leakage and thermal runaway have always been high-risk issues. Allgrand Group took the lead in introducing German gel battery processes, independently developed core technologies and realized their industrialized application. Our gel batteries adopt the composite combination of AGM technology and gel electrolyte, fundamentally eliminating potential safety hazards such as electrolyte leakage, electrolyte stratification and excessive water loss. The water loss rate is only half that of conventional lead-acid batteries, with a monthly self-discharge rate no higher than 3%. The batteries can serve as long-term backup power in both southern and northern regions.

Full-process Precision Configuration to Eliminate Bottleneck Effects from the Source
In data centers and critical backup power scenarios, manufacturing dispersion among individual battery cells will drag down the overall performance of the entire battery pack due to the bottleneck effect, resulting in a reduction in backup duration.
Relying on full-process intelligent production management and control, Aoguan Group adopts the MES system for real-time recording and closed-loop control of key processes including lead powder preparation, plate pasting, colloidal electrolyte filling and internal formation. Before delivery, every single battery undergoes precise grouping based on voltage, internal resistance and capacity parameters. The internal resistance deviation is controlled within ±3%, and the capacity tolerance is no more than 2%. This fundamentally avoids overcharging or overdischarging caused by parameter dispersion of individual cells, ensuring stable backup duration for the entire battery pack and balanced power output throughout the full life cycle.
