Allgrand

    Recently, Allgrand Group organized a traditional Chinese culture team building activity themed "Confucian Spirit of Qilu · Seeking Wisdom in Qufu". Immersed in the millennia-old cultural heritage of Confucius and Mencius as well as the scenic landscapes, all participants embarked on a "recharging and empowering" spiritual practice.

    During the event, the team visited Qufu—the birthplace of Confucian culture—and toured cultural sacred sites including the Temple of Confucius, the Confucius Mansion, and the Confucius Cemetery in sequence. They personally felt the core Confucian values of "benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, and trustworthiness" and experienced the ancient tradition of respecting teachers and valuing education.

    Stepping into Nishan Sacred Land, the light show under the night sky and the ancient architectures complement each other, unfolding a magnificent feast of light and shadow in the sacred land. The flowing lights illuminate the millennia-old buildings, playing a concerto of light and history that immerses people in the timeless charm of the dialogue between ancient and modern times.

    This team building activity is both a journey of cultural roots-seeking and a trip to unify the team. It not only narrowed the distance between colleagues but also infused the Allgrand team with the spiritual heritage of traditional culture, gathering a more solid humanistic strength for the high-quality development of the enterprise.
